Sarah has worked in art for most of her life. As a full time, professional artist, her work and inventory changes frequently.

Primarily a mosaic designer and a painter, she also teaches art to all ages in the Menomonie area and at The Phipps Center For The Arts in Hudson, WI.

As a mosaic designer, Sarah works on series, such as the Wisconsin series, which featured regional animals such as turtles, dragonflies, trout and bluegills. She also worked on a series based on the mosaics of Pompeii.
"I enjoy working with natural materials such as marble, limestone and slate, but also enjoy the beautiful colors found in Italian Vitreous Glass and semi-precious stones. Each piece I create requires careful thought into which material will best suit the image".

Sarah has also painted since a very young age and works in acrylic and oils. "I love to create pieces based on the intimate details of something, such as a flower close up, or details from a face".
