Lynn feels that with glass, she has found the perfect medium! The techniques
of color layering and blending allow for the creation of depth and draw the
eye into the piece.  While working at the torch, Lynn becomes centered and
her mind retreats to a quiet place deep within and allows the glass to
display inner feelings and emotions.  The transition of the rigid glass rod
to a molten state to a flowing mass and ultimate final form is a dance.it
requires the artist, torch and glass to move as one. It is a dance of
capturing and reflecting light. If there is success with the dance, the
glass will sing it's song.
